(Read On)

Your computer duplicates everything that you do. Some may say that this is designed for a purpose. It makes sense that PC memory would be limited, so that new computers would always be on the market. On the other hand, if PC memory was unlimited, would there ever be a need for memory upgrade? Not likely.

Anyway, lets look at solving this "self merited problem". "ATTENTION" If you are using a dial up connection, you will not want to do this, "unless it gets so bad your computer is locking up quite often."The next step is going to allow you to remove all of your "Cookies" and "Temporary Internet Files" Temporary Internet Files are the files that will consume most of your memory, but removing "cookies" plays a large part in keeping you memory clean as well.

Since you will be starting up all over again without any cookies from any sites, the page will load slow at first, and when revisited, you will notice a faster load.

How often you "clean" your system will depend on a couple of factors. These 2 factors are:
1) Whether or not your computer locks up very often.
2) How much you use the website traffic exchange programs.

"A good rule of thumb is, whenever you notice your computer running slow or locking up, that is an indication it is time to clean house."
I do a PC cleaning at least once a day while using website traffic exchange programs!

Now let's get cleaning! ! !

Let's begin by opening your browser in the upper left corner. You should see the following tabs: "File", "Edit", "View", "Favorites", "Tools", and "Help". (Your Operating System may show a different variety of menues.) 1) Click on "Tools" and a drop down menu will open. 2) Go to the bottom and Click on "Internet Options".

Now a new window will open...
3) Click on the General tab
4) Click on "Temporary Internet Files".
5) You will see two buttons. Click on "Delete cookies" and Then click "Ok".

The email would also give reasons why they should act quickly (fear of loss) to obtain the timely benefits of the program.

Now you will be given the option to "Delete Temporary Internet Files"
1) Click on Delete Files. Another window will open that says Delete All Offline Content. (BE SURE and put a check mark there.)
2) Click "OK"

(Almost Done)

Now Let's Click on Start (in your taskbar) then Click on All Programs, then Accessories.
Now go to System Tools and click on Defrag, and then de-frag your hard drive.
"You will want to run this about twice a month." This will keep everything in smooth running order for a smoother, faster running computer.

"Now you are ready to use you fovorite website traffic generator again for a good amount of time!"
